My husband and I feel so great now that this weight has been lifted off our shoulders. We were surprised the short sale was negotiated and approved so fast! It was such a relief because our house was upside-down and we didn’t know what to do. Going through with this short sale it has allowed for us to purchase a new property in Georgia and we can live comfortably.
